What lease terms do you offer?
We offer flexible lease terms to meet the needs of our residents. Ranging from 10-14 months.
How close is the property to local attractions or downtown?
Woodland Hollow is conveniently located near shopping, dining, grocery stores, parks, and entertainment in the University City area. Residents are also approximately 15–20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and about 20 minutes from Concord Mills, offering easy access to some of the area’s most popular attractions and destinations.
Do you work with broken leases or challenged credit?
We understand that every situation is different. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional qualifications or requirements may apply.
Is there a Preferred Employer Program

If you're employed by one of the organizations or professions listed below, we'll waive your application and administrative fees. You may also qualify to receive one month rent free.

Is the community pet-friendly?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Pet registration fees and pet rent may apply.
What schools or public transit options are nearby?
Woodland Hollow is conveniently located near Hidden Valley Elementary School, Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School, and Julius L. Chambers High School (formerly Vance High School). The community also offers easy access to public transportation, including nearby LYNX Blue Line stations and major highways such as I-85 and I-485 for convenient commuting throughout Charlotte.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Internet/cable, pest control, and the community trash collection fee are included. Water and electricity are not included in the rent and are billed separately.
Do you accept ITIN/ W-7 documentation?
Yes, we accept ITIN/W-7 documentation as part of the application process.
Is parking included?
Yes, on-site parking is available for residents.
What do I need to apply?
Applicants will need a valid photo ID, proof of income, and any additional documents required during the screening process.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, our apartment homes are not furnished.
What income requirements do you have?
Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. Additional qualifications and screening requirements may apply.
